Before taking time to complete the application, you should read our Blue Ridge HealthCare Standards of Behavior. Any applicant must agree to abide by these standards before they can be hired by our organization.
Also, potential applicants should be aware tht Blue Ridge HealthCare Hospitals will be tobacco-free campuses effective February 14, 2006. Read more about this historic policy decision at this link.
Very Important: The free version of Acrobat Reader does not allow you to save the content of your application, so be sure to print copies to mail and keep in your records. Depending on how your computer is configured, you may be able to submit this application electronically. After completing the pdf application, click the "Submit Application" button at the bottom of the document. This should create an email with attached data file that can be sent electronically to our Human Resources Department. If this email is not generated by your computer, please print the application and send by conventional mail or fax to:

Please remember to sign your application before conventional mailing or faxing. If you submit your application electronically you will not be able to include a valid signature. You will be asked to sign the application (and our Standards of Behavior statement) if invited for an interview.
